Every campaign starts with an import, and there are two kinds:
- Standard XING import — for people on a regular XING account.
- TalentManager import — pulls candidate lists out of XING Talent Manager. This is the recruiting path and requires that you have Talent Manager yourself.
Both feed the same workflows. The difference is where the people come from, not what ZingBot does with them afterwards.
Without Talent Manager the TalentManager import is unavailable — that is XING’s rule, not a ZingBot limitation.
